Maria Grundner is advocating for architectural accessibility. She works at the Mobility Agency Vienna and tries to pass on her knowledge through publications and professional teaching. As a member of the supervisory board of a cooperative called "WAG-Assistenzgenossenschaft" she promotes personal assistence for people with disabilities. Because of her personal contacts and her wide networks, she is familiar with the various life situations of women with disabilities and puts her expertise into the project.
